Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Lymph Drainage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy, depending on your individual needs at the time of your appointment.
We also offer Massage for the complete lifespan, from Prenatal, Postnatal, Infant and Geriatric Massage, up to and including Modified Massage techniques for people with disabilities or special needs.
Trés Jolie has no shower facilities at this time so kindly asks you to please shower or bathe before each of your massage appointments.
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, Trés Jolie kindly asks you to please give at least 24 hours notice.
Please arrive at least 15 or 20 minutes before your appointment so that you can get your full session. You will need this time to fill out your paperwork, speak with the therapist and prepare for your massage. You will be charged the full session if you are late.
If you are scheduling any hair, nail, or makeup appointments' the same day as your massage, it is best to schedule them after the massage appointment. If you want a facial massage, you will have to remove any makeup.
Please be sure to alert your therapist of any skin conditions you may have, as well as any changes in your medical history. If you have any kind of cold, flu, fever, pneumonia, etc. It is best not to get a massage. Receiving a massage when you are sick will only make it harder for you to recover.
During the massage, the therapist will ask you about the level of pressure. Please give the therapist feedback as to your comfort level and problem areas. Outside of this, however, it is best to relax and receive your massage graciously and quietly. You are not expected to carry on a conversation with the therapist.
